Truck Steering Details

1. Introduction

This guide will help end users complete and update the Truck Steering Details checklist, which tracks key criteria for evaluating the steering components of a truck. Accurate data entry is essential for ensuring proper vehicle maintenance.

2. Accessing the Checklist

• Log into the VSD Fleet MS system using your credentials.

• Navigate to the "Truck Steering Details" module under the VSD Fleet MS section.

3. Filling Out the Checklist

• Click New to start a new checklist or open an existing checklist to update it.

• The checklist contains the Criteria field, which refers to individual parts or aspects of the truck’s steering system (e.g., steering column, tie rod, power steering).

Enter or update the criteria as required:

• Criteria: Type in the name of the steering part or aspect being inspected (e.g., Steering Wheel, Rack and Pinion).
